• Prices quoted are US$ and based on attendance of Public Scheduled Classes either Virtual or Classroom. Pricing is based on preferential rates; no additional discounts, promotions, coupons, etc. will be applied.

• The prices quoted herein will remain firm if purchase order is received within Ninety (90) days from date of quotation.

• For Classroom seats, customer to “Bring their Own Device” to access Digital course material.

• For Virtual seats, customer to ensure they have reliable internet connection, x 1 PC or Laptop, along with an external screen or tablet for viewing the Digital Student Material*, and a headset.
   

*external screen/tablet is optional but highly recommended.

Payment Terms:

• 50% down-payment with completed Registration form.

• Balance due 10 days before the start of the training course.

• US Dollar/UAE Dirham conversion rate: 1 US$ = 3,67 AED

Cancellation / Rescheduling Terms:

• Not Less than 15 Working* Days: 100% refundable

• Not Less than 7 Working* Days: 50% refundable

• Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email within working days/hours
  
  *Working days are from Monday – Friday / 09:00 – 17:00.

NB. In the event a student has been confirmed as a “classroom” seat and subsequently is unable to travel, the seat will be converted to Virtual attendance.
 

Travel Arrangements

Travel and Accommodation
Learners are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation for all in-person training courses. The company does not reimburse or compensate for any travel, accommodation, meals, or other related expenses incurred by participants.

Course Changes and Cancellations
In the event that a course is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled by the company, liability is strictly limited to the refund of the course fee or the option to transfer to a future session.

The company shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, including but not limited to:
 

• Flights or other travel tickets

• Hotel or accommodation bookings

• Transportation costs

• Visa fees

• Travel insurance

• Any consequential or incidental losses

Participants are advised to book refundable or flexible travel arrangements and/or maintain appropriate travel insurance to cover any non-refundable expenses.
